Join our Pre & Post Natal Group Classes to experience a comprehensive journey towards a healthier and stronger you.

At KIVA Pilates, we prioritize safety and quality, which is why we restrict each class to a maximum of six students. This ensures that you receive personal attention and guidance throughout your prenatal fitness journey.

No matter what trimester you are in, our welcoming atmosphere is designed to meet your needs. Our Prenatal Pilates Program focuses on building strength and balance using specialized Pilates equipment and small apparatus. These exercises are carefully selected to support your changing body and prepare you for the challenges of pregnancy and motherhood.In addition to the physical aspect, our program incorporates effective stretches and breath techniques that provide relief from tension. We understand the importance of maintaining good posture and moving safely during this phase of your life. That's why our experienced instructors will provide education on posture and share general principles of safe exercise.

Our classes are 45 minutes each, so you can easily add them to your schedule. We offer Prenatal Group Equipment Classes on Saturdays at 9 am and Wednesdays at 5:30 pm, so you have convenient options to prioritize your fitness during this special time in your life.

But it's not just about the physical benefits. Joining our Prenatal Pilates Classes means empowering yourself with safe and constructive movement while building a tribe of support with like-minded women. We believe that sharing this journey with others who share similar experiences can provide valuable connections and a sense of camaraderie.

If your due date arrives sooner than later - no problem.

Simply let us know and we will hold your account until you have been cleared for physical activity by your doctor. At that point - whatever is remaining on your monthly membership can be reactivated.

Attending the PRENATAL Class following your doctors permission - is the best way to transition back into your pre pregnancy movement. Stable, safe and springs will support your bodies journey back from pregnancy. Please let us know if you have questions.
